• I gave birth years ago — does this still work?

  Of course it does. The body doesn't care about timelines: the core and pelvic floor weaken in pregnancy and birth, and that can be worked on whether it's been months or years. I've seen it in women three months postpartum and fifteen years on.

• I've never had a baby — is this for me too?

  It is, very much so. The thread here isn't postpartum: it's truly training your deep core, something almost no programme does well. If you've never worked the transverse and pelvic floor with judgement, you'll feel the difference.

• How much time a day do I need?

  A little, consistently. With Ritual Core, around 20 minutes four days a week is enough to progress. Quality and consistency matter far more than quantity.
